Pick from Maple Bourbon Peach Butter, Vidalia Onion Relish, Pickled Sliced Green Tomatoes, Red Onion Cherry Marmalade….and More!

Each month, we feature one Fruit recipe and one Pickle-y Recipe.

You learn how to successfully prepare and can these recipes.  At home you can put them up as canned, or do as refrigerated “quick” style.

Our Monthly Canning 101 – Immersion Workshop

Every month throughout the year, our monthly Immersion workshop is held with the next one on May 20.   This is the 4-hour deep dive into Water-bath Canning.  You learn tomatoes, pickles and fruit – enabling you to make 100s or recipes at home.
