Next up is Chef Will Acosta with a new inspired Quick Suppers: Italian Night from his recent trip to Italy. Start with tasty nibbles of antipasti and a sip of wine, then into the Kitchen to prep and cook a vegetarian Eggplant Sauce and a Spicy Tomato Sauce served with chicken – both with pasta options. A salad will accompany and a dolce to finish. Enjoy your just completed dinner with your fellow chefs!

Don’t Know How to Start? Introduction to Fermentation gives a basic introduction to two fermented foods: sauerkraut and kimchi. We will talk through the recipes and basics about fermentation together. What makes them work, the good vs. the bad bacteria. Then we’ll dive in and work together to make a large batch of each, working together on each step.
January 13: 10:00 am. $45.00 person. Including a jar of each to take home to ferment, plus instructions to make again in the future.
February Warm-UP! Cincinnati-Style Chili Dinner. In the South, Cincinnati is known for two things; sports teams and a fictional radio station from a TV sitcom. Locals know that it’s also the home of some of the most amazing chili in the world, and have their own favorite joints from which to get it. They all have one thing in common – everybody serves the chili over spaghetti, and they offer three additional toppings:
–A THREE WAY denotes an enormous mound of sharp cheddar cheese on top
–A FOUR WAY adds chopped raw onions to the mix
–A FIVE WAY tosses in a helping of red beans.
A steal at only $29.00 per person, plus you’ll even take home a ready-to-use mix of spices and the recipe to recreate the dish yourself. January 21 at 1:00 pm
Chat & Chop: Meal Prep & Take is the combination of a meal prep — a cooking class –and a social atmosphere, making healthy eating easy, delicious, and entertaining. Every attendee will take home a full serving of each menu item (4 full meals), prepped and ready for the week.
